Opslytica, LLC ("Opslytica," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Opslytica platform.
Account information: name, email address, organization name, and password hash
when you create an account.
Billing information: payment details are collected and processed by Stripe.
We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
Usage data: event data you ingest through the API, platform usage analytics,
and log data for security and debugging purposes.
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the Opslytica platform; process billing and payments; send transactional emails (account verification, billing receipts, alerts); and respond to support requests.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (e.g., Stripe for payments, SendGrid for email, Microsoft Azure for hosting) and as required by law.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, and multi-tenant data isolation. Access to production systems is restricted and audited.
We retain your account and event data for as long as your account is active. After account termination, data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted. Billing records may be retained longer as required by law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at privacy@opslytica.com. We will respond to requests within 30 days.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice in the platform at least 30 days before taking effect.
